  • 16 oz rotini pasta
  • 2 cans (10 oz) Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. Brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet; drain grease.
  3. Add garlic and taco seasoning, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in undrained Ro-Tel cans.
