- 6-8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Season chicken thighs with Cajun spices.
- Sear chicken in oil and butter until crispy; remove from pan.
- Sauté garlic in the same pan, then deglaze with chicken broth.
- Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, and fresh herbs; simmer until thickened.
- Return chicken to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes before serving.
