  • 10 oz Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot; drain excess fat.
  2. Sauté onions and garlic until soft and fragrant.
  3. Stir in paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add broth, potatoes, beans, corn, and Ro-Tel.
  5. Simmer for 20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
