- 2.5 lbs potatoes
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
Instructions
- Boil and mash the potatoes with butter, milk, and sour cream.
- Sauté onions, carrots, and garlic in a skillet.
- Stir in flour, then whisk in broth and cream until thickened.
- Add chicken and peas to the sauce.
- Top the mixture with mashed potatoes and cheese.
- Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes until golden.
