Description
A delicious, tender, and flavor-packed copycat version of the famous Cracker Barrel meatloaf using Ritz crackers and a sweet tangy glaze.

- 2 lbs Ground Beef (80/20)
- 2 cups Ritz Crackers, crushed
- 3 Large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Whole Milk
- 1 medium Yellow Onion, diced
- 1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Yellow Mustard
Instructions
- Sauté onions and peppers until soft.
- Mix crushed crackers, milk, and eggs in a large bowl.
- Add beef, veggies, cheese, and seasoning; mix gently by hand.
- Shape into a loaf in a 9×5 pan or on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
- Apply glaze (ketchup, sugar, mustard) and bake for another 30-40 minutes.
- Rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
