Ingredients

- 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
- 2 cups Dry Pasta (Shells or Rotini)
- 1 Small Yellow Onion, diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 1 cup Salsa
- 2 1/2 cups Beef Broth
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Optional: Sour cream, cilantro, green onions
Instructions
- Brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet; drain fat.
- Stir in garlic and taco seasoning.
- Add beef broth, salsa, and dry pasta.
- Cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Stir in shredded cheese until melted.
- Serve with desired toppings.
