  • 3 cups Powdered sugar
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix oil, sugars, eggs, vanilla, and grated carrots.
  4. Fold dry ingredients into wet until just combined.
