Description

A creamy, spicy, and indulgent pasta dish featuring perfectly seared Cajun-seasoned chicken tossed in a rich garlic parmesan cream sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Linguine
  • 1.5 lbs Chicken breast
  • 3 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 3 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups Freshly grated Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Bell peppers (red and yellow)
  • Fresh parsley and green onions


Instructions

  1. Boil linguine until al dente; reserve some pasta water.
  2. Coat chicken in Cajun seasoning and sear in a skillet until cooked.
  3. Sauté peppers and garlic in butter within the same skillet.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and parmesan to create the sauce.
  5. Toss the pasta and chicken into the sauce and serve.
