- 1 lb Linguine
- 1.5 lbs Chicken breast
- 3 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 3 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 6 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 cups Heavy cream
- 1.5 cups Freshly grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Bell peppers (red and yellow)
- Fresh parsley and green onions
Instructions
- Boil linguine until al dente; reserve some pasta water.
- Coat chicken in Cajun seasoning and sear in a skillet until cooked.
- Sauté peppers and garlic in butter within the same skillet.
- Stir in heavy cream and parmesan to create the sauce.
- Toss the pasta and chicken into the sauce and serve.
