- 1 cup Sourdough discard
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 4 tbsp Unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 tbsp Fresh rosemary (minced)
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt
- 1 tbsp Olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Mix discard, butter, and rosemary.
- Stir in flour and salt until a dough forms.
- Roll dough between parchment paper to 1/16th inch thickness.
- Brush with oil, sprinkle salt, and score into squares.
- Bake at 325°F for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Cool completely on the pan to crisp up.
