Description
A stunning, naturally blue herbal tea that changes color to purple with lemon juice, infused with fresh mint for a refreshing finish.

- 2 tbsp Dried Butterfly Pea Flowers
- 1 handful Fresh Mint Leaves
- 4 cups Filtered Water
- 2-3 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2-4 tbsp Honey or Simple Syrup
- Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Boil 4 cups of filtered water.
- Steep the dried flowers and fresh mint leaves in the hot water for 10 minutes.
- Strain the mixture and stir in your sweetener while warm.
- Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until cold.
- Fill glasses with ice and pour in the blue tea.
- Add fresh lemon juice to each glass to trigger the color change.
- Garnish with extra mint and serve immediately.
