- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup cottage cheese (blended)
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
- Mix yogurt, blended cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, and seasonings.
- Fold in chicken and half the cheddar.
- Transfer to dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and serve.
