- 8 oz Dark Chocolate (70% Cacao)
- 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 3/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Melt dark chocolate and butter together; let cool slightly.
- Beat eggs and both sugars on high for 5 minutes until thick and pale.
- Fold in the melted chocolate and vanilla.
- Sift in flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt; fold until just combined.
- Scoop onto baking sheets and bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool on the pan for 10 minutes before moving to a rack.
