- 3 tbsp White Miso Paste
- 2 tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Grated Fresh Ginger
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet.
- Slice cabbage into 1-inch thick steaks, keeping the core intact.
- Whisk together miso, oils, vinegar, syrup, ginger, and garlic.
- Brush steaks with oil and roast for 15-20 minutes.
- Flip steaks, brush with miso glaze, and roast for another 10-15 minutes until blistered.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
