Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet.
  2. Slice cabbage into 1-inch thick steaks, keeping the core intact.
  3. Whisk together miso, oils, vinegar, syrup, ginger, and garlic.
  4. Brush steaks with oil and roast for 15-20 minutes.
