Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a muffin tin.
- Whisk dry ingredients (flour, sugar, leavening, salt) in one bowl.
- Mix wet ingredients (yogurt, eggs, butter, vanilla) in another bowl.
- Gently fold wet into dry ingredients until just combined.
