- 1 lb Large Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil or Melted Butter
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- Fresh Parsley (chopped)
- Lemon Wedges
Instructions
- Rinse and pat the shrimp completely dry.
- In a bowl, mix oil, garlic, and spices.
- Toss shrimp in the oil mixture, then coat with parmesan cheese.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer and cook for 3 minutes.
- Flip or shake the basket and cook for another 2-4 minutes until golden.
- Garnish with parsley and lemon juice before serving.
