  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Set up a breading station with flour/spices, egg wash, and coconut/Panko mix.
  2. Dry the shrimp thoroughly with paper towels.
  3. Dredge each shrimp in flour, then egg, then the coconut mixture, pressing to adhere.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 390°F.
