A restaurant-quality recipe for crispy shrimp tacos made in the air fryer, tossed in a signature creamy, spicy Bang Bang sauce.

- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tsp honey
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cabbage slaw
- Lime wedges, green onions, and cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Pat shrimp dry and coat with cornstarch.
- Air fry at 400°F for 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Whisk mayo, chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey together.
- Toss hot shrimp in the sauce.
- Assemble tacos with cabbage, shrimp, and garnishes.
Notes
Lower in fat than deep frying, high in protein, ready in under 20 minutes, and incredibly flavorful.
