- 1.5 lbs Ground Lamb
- 3 Large Sweet Potatoes
- 1 Large Onion
- 2 Large Carrots
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Cup Frozen Peas
- 2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 1 Cup Beef Stock
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- Fresh Rosemary and Thyme
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/4 Cup Milk
Instructions
- Boil and mash sweet potatoes with butter and milk.
- Brown the lamb in a skillet and remove excess fat.
- Sauté onions, carrots, and garlic until soft.
- Stir in tomato paste, stock, herbs, and lamb; simmer until thickened.
- Fold in frozen peas and season to taste.
- Layer lamb mixture in a dish and top with mashed sweet potatoes.
- Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes until golden.
