- 4-6 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese (Cheddar/Monterey Jack)
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 2 tbsp butter or oil
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
- Sauté onions and garlic with the beef until softened.
- Add taco seasoning and water, simmering until the liquid evaporates.
- Place a tortilla in a clean skillet, add cheese and the beef mixture.
- Fold the tortilla and fry on both sides until golden brown and crispy.
