- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup lukewarm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Mix starter, water, oil, honey, flour, and salt.
- Knead the dough for 5-8 minutes until smooth.
- Let dough rise for 2-4 hours until expanded.
- Roll dough into a rectangle and cut into 1-inch strips.
- Proof the strips for 30-60 minutes on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 400°F for 15-18 minutes.
- Brush with garlic butter and serve warm.
