Description
A nostalgic, crunchy, and artisanal homemade cereal made using sourdough discard and plenty of cinnamon sugar.
Ingredients

- 1 cup sourdough discard
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Mix sourdough discard, melted butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
- Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms.
- Roll dough paper-thin on parchment paper.
- Top with cinnamon sugar and cut into tiny squares.
- Bake at 325°F for 15-20 minutes until crisp.
- Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
