Description

  • 1 pack (12 count) Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • 6-8 slices Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely minced yellow onion
  • 1/4 cup Dill pickle chips
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 dish.
  2. Brown beef and onions in a skillet, drain grease, and season.
  3. Slice the entire pack of rolls horizontally and place the bottom half in the dish.
  4. Layer beef, cheese, and pickles over the buns; cover with the top buns.
  5. Brush with melted butter and seasonings.
  6. Bake covered for 10 minutes, then uncovered for 5-10 minutes until golden.
