A fast and crowd-pleasing recipe for pull-apart cheeseburger sliders made with Hawaiian rolls and seasoned ground beef.

- 1 lb Ground Beef (80/20)
- 1 pack (12 count) Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
- 6-8 slices Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup finely minced yellow onion
- 1/4 cup Dill pickle chips
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 dish.
- Brown beef and onions in a skillet, drain grease, and season.
- Slice the entire pack of rolls horizontally and place the bottom half in the dish.
- Layer beef, cheese, and pickles over the buns; cover with the top buns.
- Brush with melted butter and seasonings.
- Bake covered for 10 minutes, then uncovered for 5-10 minutes until golden.
