Instructions
- Blend Ingredients:
- In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, rolled oats, honey (if using), baking powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Heat Skillet:
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or a small amount of oil.
